64 Bit Black screen Launching problem.

Hey guys, I played PR ever since I had my "old" computer, but now trying to play this awesome game again and it will not launch nor has it ever wanted to launch from my computer. I have a laptop, Vista 64 bit with 6 gigs of ram GeForce GTX 260m 1g Cuda, dual core. I will launch this game and it will act as if it will play load up disapeer, black screen comes up again that it all just crashes. It's not a run as admin problem. For some reason I'm getting these issues for no apparent reason. I just defraged and ccleaner'ed. And system scanned. So these are not the issues. Would appreciate ANY help. It is probably about not having installed patch 1.41 prior to the 1.5 patch.
