[0909] LAV-3 moves right

Okay as some people who drive the LAV-25 on Yamalia will know, when not pressing anything other than the W key to move forward, the LAV has a tendency to move to the right. Almost as if the wheels are not alined properly. I will post a video later today as to show the complete problem. This has been found on other servers running the map as well.
