Assets spawn time????

This annoys me all the time, when i think it is 15 min it is 20 and so on so please tell me the assets spawn time(e.g. planes, helis, attack helis ......)

Pretty sure a lot of is map dependent also.

pretty sure it isnt. all maps have a standard time IIRC like my second link.
