0.91 latest patch can't install? Help plz.

Hi guys, I'm having a problem while trying to install the new patch. I get the following message. " The version of this file is not compatible with the version of Windows you're running. Check your computer's system information to see whether you need an x86 (32-bit) or x64 (64-bit) version of the program, and then contact the software publisher." Any ideas as to why this is happening? I've been playing PR fine until this point since i can remember.
I have tried running as administrator aswell as running it with the compatibility of windows xp service pack 2, neither has worked. Any and all help or ideas are greatly appreciated!

My system: Windows Vista Ultimate 64bit

ACPIx64-based PC
X-58 Classified MB
Nvidia GeForce GTX 260 x2 sli
Intel i7 950 3.07ghz
12gb ddr3 ram

Installer is corrupt. Grab the torrent, open it up in your favourite torrent program, when it asks you where to save the file, save it to where your corrupt installer is, and it should repair it by downloading the missing, corrupt bits again.

Thank you Ancient! It was my fault. I had actually downloaded both part 1 and 2 of the patch when all i needed was patch that moved me from .9 to .91 ! Thank a bunch for your reply and help anyhow!

I am getting that same error when I try to install 0.90 1of2. I have tried running as admin and that does not work.
any ideas?
I have run PR9 prior to a new OS install today. To be clear I re-installed Win 7 ultimate.
The first time I installed PR9 it was flawless on the first attempt. But this one I am bashing my head over multiple tries!!
