Hamas is not able to deploy Hideouts

The Hamasfaction isn't able to deploy Hideouts after they placed some, around 2-3 Hideouts. After that it just they "Try again in a better location."

Step to reproduce:
Join a Server as Hamas and try to build hideouts.

Did you taken into account that the Hideouts/Firebases got a new off border rule for there placement?

yeah - it's not a bug it's a feature... haven't recognize that. I think the 200 m are a way too long for the small maps, mainly the Insurgency have a proplem with that!
