Can't move!

Hey guys, having a little problem here. Sometimes when a server changes maps (different servers, different maps) I can't move at all when I spawn. I've suicided and tried other kits/spawnpoints to no avail. However, I can talk, bring up the map, scroll through my weapons... pretty much everything but move. When I slide the mouse around my guy shakes violently but goes nowhere. The controls have been reset to default and it still happens. My only "fix" right now is to disconnect and rejoin the server. This problem has been happening for the last few weeks on .9 and is still there with .917.
