The draw distance of the object is just to low. When you look through a scope you get a higher draw distance and a better lod on all objects.

What is it caused by and whats the fix ?
(have always seen bug reports and have wondered how easy the different kinda issues that are bugs are to fix.,
It is caused by the cull radius being too low. The way that it is fixed is to have the objects cull radius bumped up.

yeah the chem vats were usually inside the chem warehouse from the xpack, so the draw distance was low since you'd usually only see them if you were in the room with them

Could always angle the hangar doors so that you can only see it while in the room?

I have driven a truck inside of one of those babies! I exited truck and I got outside and it was unable to use the truck again (too long range to enter)
