this may be an obvious answer, but please port the eod map "We were soldiers once" to pr:v.

You cannot imagine how much i want to be trans huey in that with my friend gunning the m60, bringing men in and out of the LZ like in the movie "We were soldiers"

Doesn't mean it's confirmed to be in PRV (or Irving for that matter) but they're probably considering it.

IMO the movie is good (the battle part of it anyway) but that map isn't. I can't really see it suiting PR AAS because the main part of the map is just a small LZ and a hill with minimal detail.

For all we know it may be improved along with other EOD maps, but in it's current state it's not PR quality and only really appropriate for Skirmish game mode.

Slightly more helpful. You know you can try and be a helpful person and say something like EoD = Eve of Destruction, it's a mod for the Battlefield series, about Vietnam and stuff.

It's one line and is alot more helpful than just a link or just saying EoD The mod. Try being helpful for once in your life.

The ambiance of the EoD map was pretty nice, but I would agree with the others, its not really PResque.

Though I imagine a motivated mapper might try and make something out of it.

The version currently in EoD2 is too small for 64 players, but could make an appearance in Coop or in a refined way. Trahn's call in the end.
