[0917] Havoc Gunner causes CTD?

Last night I was piloting a Havoc and my gunner, spotting the enemy, throws ALL his missles as fast as he can. Well, during the fastest part of it I CTD. I have a pretty beefy quad core computer so I know it wasn't a performance issue. Has this ever happened to anyone else during the .91 patch?

Yesterday me (as gunner) and the pilot both crashed during Kashan Desert. We were leaving the base after reloading.
