MD5Tool Problems with gameplay

So, I am not really sure where this thread should be, so please move it to its appropriate SubForum.

I can get in fine and play the game, but after usually 10 min or less it kicks me from the game, gives me a 2 minute ban. The error I keep getting is a MD5Tool. This is obviously from PunkBuster, but my problem is why is it doing this? Some times it does not, and somes times it does.
