Mumble and Vent Issues

Hi there some members in my unit have having problems with Mumble. They say that when they use it their vent sounds goes real low. Is there any info I can get on why it does this and how we can fix it?

We have mumble on our Server and we would like to use Mumble and for some reason the other guys want to have Vent going at the same time....

So any help with this topic would be great thank you...

theres a windows feature that turns down other sounds etc when 'calling' people, windows thinks that mumble is like trying to ring someone through your computer, therefore turns down all other sounds

thats what i had anyway, cant for the life of me remember where the option is to have that not happen, i assume in the sound options area... xD
