I'm trying to use a USB XBox 360 Controller for controlling aircraft in-game.
In the Controls section, all the joystick axis appear to detect correctly along with all the buttons, however once in game the right joystick is unresponsive (bound to pitch).
Any suggestions?

Re: XBox 360 Controller Issues
Upon further review, it is not the joystick, because when I bind acceleration to the right joystick, it responds just fine.
PR just simply doesn't seem to like using a joystick for pitch and roll.

Determined that this is not just PR, but BF2 vanilla as well that will not accept joystick inputs for pitch control.
Unless anyone has any insights this can probably be closed.

I'm flying with gamepad and for me everything works fine. At the first time i had the same problems like you. I bound roll on the 0-axis but it didnt react ingame. I found out that im only abled to use the axis of my gamepad correctly if i delet every keybind of the gamepad and set the keys again beginning with the axis. Perhaps this will help you.

Bind joystick settings to the secondary set.
