PR won't start up

I've just installed both .91 parts 1 and 2. The installation was okay, no problems. But once I tried starting up the game, it would bring up the PR start-up window but then nothing else happens after that. Does anyone have the same problem as I do?

I had this problem, try running as admin. That solved it for me !

I dont have an Administrator option on my computer so i was wondering if there is a way you can sort of create an Admin User...
