So, if anyone has noticed, I haven't been on PR lately. My computer crashed about a month ago. So, I've been working on getting that fixed and hope to get my comp up and running here in a month or so. Also, I need to get a new LCD screen for my laptop. Any suggestions on a good site to find them? I need a 15.4" and a 1440x900 or better resolution.
Anyways, hope to see you guys back in the world (mainly TacticalGamer) here soon.

Thread title changed (in lieu of an infraction) to something less vague.
Thread moved to somewhere hopefully more appropriate.

Thanks for moving the thread Epoch
As for the monitor, what sort of budget do you have?

You'd need an exactly the same monitor, assuming you want to replace the one that is in it right now,not a standalone (secondary/extended).

I was running my computer through my Samsung TV (HDMI compatible laptop) until it crashed (which is odd. If you look at my specs it'll handle almost any game on the market with ease). So I figured if I have to fix that, I might as well fix everything.
In reference to a replacement screen, I checked the part number of mine online and it was appx $350, so I figured screw that. I found another from a site that was a 15.4" 1920x1080 and it ran a hair over $200. I'm not worried about the high resolution as my graphics card is rated way past that. I'm just wondering a) will the screen have the same hole locations for the screws when I put the frame back on? b) will it have the same connection plug as the screen that I currently have?

Re: Suggestions for LCD screen?
Difference is in contrast rate - bigger contrast, games will look little bit better, but DVDRip movies will suck and only HD 1080p will be only one you can watch. If you want buy for games mainly - buy with big contrast
Of course price is bigger for monitors witch have such contrast
