Few questions

Post by DeltaCommando »

Hello, everyone!

I don't know if this is the right thread but... I have some questions for you.

1. Why doesn't the M249 have a heatshield in PR? Do US Army and USMC use heatshields on their M249?

2. Is the US Army really replacing ACUPAT with Multicam? ( :-x ACUPAT looked so good!)

3. I read something about Mk. 48 replacing <some gun> in the army. Is it M240 or M249?

4. Do you have any plans on making an urban map in North America or Europe? Like, we're going to have German Forces in PR, it would be nice to have a battle in a big city like... (just an example) Frankfurt, Berlin or Moscow! :p

Thanks!

1. Note the "Para" designation on the equip menu. Also if I'm not mistaken, all M249s in PR are actually FN MINIMIs

2. Yes, at least partially for now.

3. No, the Mk. 48 is a variant of the M249 using a larger caliber and fun upgrades for Special Forces.

4. Possibly, do you intend to make the map?

Google and the Search Bar are your friend, learn to use them both.

1. The current model in game is a FN minimi, the M249 is a Minimi made under license from FN in the US for the military. , a M249 in both Para and Standard versions does have a heat shield.

2. Yes, by Congressional order.

3. No, the Mk.48 is more like a smaller version of the m240 than a bigger version of the m249.

4. Maybe we'll think about it.

Google and some searching could have answered all these questions.
