Tank eliminate driver position in favor of the Tank commander

Instead of having the driver be in the driver seat, put him in the commander seat, where he has a 360° view. The tanks movements could be considered the tank commander giving orders to the driver. In a city you want a fully crewed tank, but iam guessing in the desert with tank on tank battle the hatch is closed and the .50 unmanned.
