cant connect to PC online game servers

Basiclly i cant connect to any online games servers. i click on it and it says sorry cant connect to this sever somthing like that (thats on a wirless connection). But when i try connect with a wired connection evrthing works fine i can connect and play. I dint have any problems surfing the web wired or wirless. Its strange as i can play PS3 online fine. I also found out when i test for packet loss with wirless it cant but when i try on a wired connection it does. Its just my parents hate it when i Play PR with a cable going past the whole house so any soultions to this?

Its that much needed as i said above it basically says cant connect to server please check your network connection and try again. thats it word for word
