all my graphics and video and audio is low and its still lags in some places.
can someone help me?

Hello there, Welcome to the forums
posting your computer specs on here would be a great starting point for me to help you out
Your computer may run BF2v without any lagg at all but PR is more demanding in terms of system specs.
If you know your computer can run PR without any problems try closing any programmes running in the background such as MSN Messenger, Xfire, Steam or any music playing programmes such as iTunes.
Or you could try this programme which closes everything in the background automatically, works especially well with Vista: Game Booster | Fast Game Accelerator | Free Accelerator
