Fraps and recording sound

Noticed this problem when I was working on film. I use fraps 3.2.2 to record game footage, but when i choose the option of sound it does not record. Also with the same problem of xfire recorder.

my sound card is Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi Titanium Sound card

only works when i plug audio device into the default sound jacks on my motherboard, but is not as high quality.
