Factions: North Korea and South Korea

Maybe I didn't search hard enough because I find it difficult to believe these two have not been suggested as factions. They would be absolutely perfect for PR. There's plenty on both to make viable factions and it would certainly be something new. The North Koreans would essentially be slightly less advanced than the Russians, while the South Koreans would be closer to, if not on par with the US. US Army faction could serve as a good place holder if the North Koreans are made first and some Russian equipment could be used as place holders while North Korean equipment is made. So, if this has been suggested previously, please let me know. If that's the case, also please explain to me why this idea hasn't been talked about much.

Please see the Community Factions and Community Modding sections and the thread linked in the post below for more information, the general rule of thumb for new factions is that the community should make them themselves, as i'm sure you can see from the section above, there are plenty already in development
