pr does not start after install

hello guys

yesterday i installed Project reality 0.917 --> installed the two parts in the right order and did the 0.9 to 0.917 patch aswell but i always get an error message when i try to start the game
I got bf2 updated to the latest patch 1.5 and there should be no problem at all

do i probably have to download the 0.9 version aswell cause the patch is called 0.9 to 0.91 :

could it be a problem with windows 7 ???

i dont know why it does not work so i hope you can help me and tell me what i am doing wrong.....

If you did installer Pt. 1 and 2, of .971, then you shouldn't need to patch anything.

Uninstall PR
Reinstall just .91 full I and II (Project Reality : Battlefield 2 Mod - Downloads)
Run game as administrator
Play, enjoy

and also you must first patch bf2 to 1.41....then 1.50.

well i reinstalled bf2, did the 1.41 patch then the 1.50
installed the pr 0.917 full part 1 then the pr 0.917 full part 2 and i still got this error message:
