Next time buy a GPU made for gaming and not a media center one. 9600GT/9800GT/9800GTX(+) were the gaming cards of the 9 Series. Your getting low FPS because of the 9500GT

With that power supply you could easily use a 9800 like Fuzzy mentioned.
