Squad Radio guy

I have watched a lot videos about Vietnam War and one of the most important thing in the squad is that - there is one member who carry radio, and in that time it was in backpack size. It was needed to communicate with other squads and call for all kind support. And I think you guys must create such kit. One per squad. And don't know what kind abilities he will have, but i think it must be in Project Reality: Vietnam.
