Littlebirds are used only by US Special Forces, eg. 160th SOAR. PR does not feature special forces and as such they are being phased out.
The AH-6s that remain are placeholders only until the current active service light attack helicopter - the Kiowa Warrior - is completed and in-game.
Also, a simple search would have gotten you the answer to this question so i'm locking it.
