BF2 CC Problems

Ok i have looked around and did not see this topic.
I had to switch to a new server company for my BF2 server.
Doing so I now have a problem with BF2 CC. Most server i have seen come with the BF2CC stuff already installed on the servers.
I think has something to do with Rcons or something to that nature. There is nothing in my server files that even say CC on them. So i cant get into BF2 CC if there is not BF2 CC Rcons or what ever in my server files.

I might have this all wrong so that is why im bring it here. I have tried everywhere else and people either don't want to help or they just don't know what is going on.
