Description:
the artillery for MEC is the old crappy one not the the new 3 rounds per salvo

Steps to Reproduce:
play muttrah as MEC, wait 40min till arty is ready and call it in

Tested on:
Muttrah AAS-64, Coffeeshop 0.917
