Ammo depot/Rally points

First I just wanna tell you how much I wanted to actually post this in the Gen. Discussion so I could get some feedback from the General community before I brought it to the suggestion thread. I do realize that this is not much of a needed asset and its priority is in fact pretty dang low. I didn't see this in your *** thread, or by searching the forums, but while I was in the *** thread I wondered what the black font meant because it didn't tell me.
I really didn't want to suggest this until I got some feedback, but what if it was possible to set up a fall back point that maybe had respawn possibilities but more importantly a spot for resupply and healing. Lets say one of these was set up, and it required 2 supply crates and an ammo box - for example (this is not exactly what I had in mind) and then once set up it could kinda work as a resupply/fall back point. Heres the scenario - Squad Alpha and Squad Bravo decided to join forces on the assault of ______. Half of Squad Bravo came to the meeting area in a transport chopper, carrying one of two supply crates (Chinook/Blackhawk). The other half came to the point with a Humvee that had two ammo crates and a supply truck carrying two supply crates. The Squad leader of Alpha set the area up as an ammo depot/rally point. These two squads could now use the point for resupplying and getting some spongebob bandaids.
Now for the action part, Squad Bravo comes in from South street, and Alpha comes in from West Street, the enemy is occupying the hotel at the corner of North and East Street, and are also scattered around the area occupying other buildings. The small skirmish turns into a large firefight, leaving medics from both squads dead and many of the troops hurt. Bravo and Alpha fall back to the ammo depot to regroup, rearm, and get fixed up. Now there are restored to clean, pristine troops with full magazines and no bullet holes.

Problems that could possibly prohibit this that I have thought of are that if a firebase was built near it the firebase would possibly land of and crush the ammo depot, but I don't think this is possible. Also, why have this when there are FOB's (Addressing respawns)? Well because you can't get bullets from FOB's. Ammo depots might not even have to be respawn points, but still marked on the maps. That is one absolute piece of this that has to be - that it is marked on the map just like a outpost is so that people know where to go to get ammo instead of falling all the way back to wherever. At the same point, a FOB works just like this idea, it has two supply crates to give you ammo. But these supply crates run out pretty fast when you have a squad of men hungry for some bullets, beans, and bandages, and if you have ever had a FOB run out of ammo, you understand my argument on how hard it can be to have supply crates delivered.
An ammo depot could almost replace supply crates (Not really but listen). A FOB is made, and then instead of leaving those supply crates that could possibly run out of ammo (Or not be carrying much ammo at all) the supply crates are made into an ammo depot that has all kinds of ammo (Maybe an ammo depot could have multiple times the amount of ammo one or two supply crates carry, maybe an ammo depot would never run out of ammo). As I post this I vaguely remember resupplying from bunkers, and firebases? Excuse me if I'm wrong.

I'll still stress how much I didn't want to suggest this yet - because the impression of the suggestions forum plays like when you go to give your girlfriend flowers and she beats you over the head with a baseball bat - but I'd rather post in the suggestions forum and have the idea thrown in the trash than get a ban or something. I'd just like people to see what passed through my mind while I was at the gym, and I just wanted to hear what people thought of this. If this does indeed become a popular idea, I would like to remind supporters that the developers job to create whatever is needed in the game, not to cater to what we want in the game (Though sometimes that might be the case).
