Crash on "Deployment"

Hi,

I've downloaded and installed Parts 1 and 2 throught the torrent distribution method and managed to play for a few days. When I set up a local co-op or local server to play on and learn a bit more about the mechanics of PR the game says "Starting Deployment". The music fades out, the games crashes to a black screen briefly and I hear the Win 7 "critical stop" noise. I'm not sure why it's happening, as I've been playing it fine for a few days. I've tried uninstalling and re-installing and am now a bit stuck.

Any help would be appriciated.
