memory.dll error when loading

When loading, it gets stuck at 68% (Textures) and I get an error. It says something like: ERROR memory.dll less than 10024... or something like that. I can't get passed 68% and am forced to terminate pr. Anyone know what this error means?

Yup me again, i'm not having much luck with this

I'll try setting textures to medium although I think my rig should be ok at running this but yeah I'll try and see what happens, thanks.
