[KIT] Insurgent Bomb Belt?

First of all, I do not know if this has been pre-posted, but couldn't find any threads about this.
So, to cut to the chase; would a Bomb Belt kit work for PR:BF2?
I imagine a limited kit for Iraqi Insurgents with the same limitation as the Artillery IED-kit. Thereby, everybody wouldn't just rush to the enemy and blow them self up all the time. Limiting the kit, would also make the suicide bomber forced to hide and use stealth to accomplish his goal: blowing enemy inf up. (Too much punch against armored vehicles, would probably be overkill)
The bomb belt would be concealed behind the appearance of a normal collaborator, perhaps with a small dissimilarity only visual at very close contact. That way he can hide amongst collaborators and only snipers and others with highly zoomed optics could spot the difference and take him out.
Futhermore, to make this work, there must be an time delay for arming the device - just like the animations on the HAT kits. Thereby, suicide bombers won't be able to rush to the scene in a light car/dirt bike and mess things up.
I think this would contribute to an exciting new gameplay on insur. maps, and OPFOR squads would have to be more on guard when patrolling the streets.
But tell me, is there a future of bomb belts in PR?
