Vertical Sync

Hi, i was just wondering whats an easy way to turn vsync on? i have been trying for a while cause ive been getting tearing sometimes when i play. Ive got a windows 7 gaming PC Ati driver. its a pretty good setup says a computer tech. I know u are to turn it on or off in the catalyst control center ( i think its thats the graphics control panel) but i have no idea where. could someone help out?

Errm... the Catalyst control center has an option to turn it on/off. It's... very easy, just go through all the options and you'll find it eventually.
