Need help getting on.

Hello i am having a hard time getting on to PR it will not let me start saying i need to keep downloading a patch even if i have it, Or it wont even launch my email is [email protected] if somone may email me a tutorial or tell me how to do it i would really like it, I been trying to get on for a while thanks
