Can I run PR if I buy BF:2 on Steam?

One more question, will it work if I buy the complete version, with spec. ops, euro force etc. ??

You only need BF2, no need for special forces (unless you want to have it). Euro Force and Armoured Fury are free now, they're included in the 1.5 patch.

Anyways, PR should work for Steam as well, though I have no idea if you need to fiddle with some files here and there... I'm sure people from the community know.

My friend has the copy of BF2 from steam and the only thing he had to do to get PR to work was disable Steams ingame overlay. Hope this helps

Yep, I can confirm that, a friend of mine also got BF2 through Steam, no issues.
