0917 MEPRO IDF Medic Standard Sight

Description:
The MEPRO21 reflex sight for the medic IDF kit (M4A1, Standard spawn in + left click request). The dot in the middle does not appear. You have to aim for the middle of the screen.

Steps to Reproduce:
Find any server, join as IDF, any map, and either spawn in with it on the spawn kit selection, or left click request it. A workaround for this bug is to right click-request only, however you only spawn with 6 magazines, instead of 8 for standard (will post a secondary bug report)
