What is tr.exe and why does it run in the background when the game starts?

...Could be related to Mosquill's TR mod for 2142... dunno.

It's additional code that does some of Mosquill's advanced stuff and is called by pr.exe.

we couldn't fit 'trololol.exe' into windows task manager, so we went with tr.exe.
