Vent or VOIP wont work.

So I get on vent and am talking normally with a friend but then when I start .95 right before the splash screen vent wont work, then I joined a game and VOIP doesn't work ether... I cannot play PR without voip... Any suggestions?

Try running PR in admin mode and running Vent in admin mode, fixed this exact problem for a friend of mine.

I'm having a similar problem. No BF2 VOIP ingame, reception or transmit, and no Mumble reception or transmit. I also don't get the green cheese beside peoples names in mumble.

Im still having this problem, the talk icon does not come up when I try and use VOIP. Also if I go into the main menu and test mic it works fine, I just cant get my talk button working. And yes ive tried changing the key =)

Yet another friend had this issue, running both in admin mode did not solve the problem

What finally solved the problem was to turn off Windows 7 UAC (turn the slider down as low as it will go)

Ugly, but it works.

For me it helped when i alt tabbed out of pr audio settings,went to my configurationscreen sound settings>
Input settings,and just move your micboost a bit.

Then apply,resign it as main device,and ok.

Weird enough now PR was able to registrate my devices and voip started to work.
Seems like a small bug,but at least it helped me.
But only for the ingame voip,my mumble somehow still wont function.
