No VOIP

Hey;
I had everything working fine in the previous version. Then today I run the installers, open it up, hop on TG, and low and behold I don't have any VOIP. No BF2 voip, no mumble, no indication that anybody's speaking in either program, and my mic works fine, apart from nobody being able to hear me.
Once the DEVs and knowledgable people stop playing and get back on the forums, can I get some feedback as to what the source of the problem is?
