[0957] If you turn on thermal before the gun warms up you cant zoom

Description:
On Gaza, I got in the Namer APC as a gunner, I turned on the thermal before my gun was fully warmed up and once the gun was warmed up I could not zoom using X. I haven't tried this with any other tanks or apcs.

Steps to Reproduce:
Turn on thermal before the guns warm up time is completed.
