[0957] No Cap Out Bleed - Iron Eagle Skirmish Mode

There is no bleed after a cap out in Iron Eagle skirmish mode. I'm assuming this is unintentional since all other skirmish maps have a bleed when capped out. If this is intentional, sorry for waisting your time.
