[0957] mortars aiming textures.

When switching to aiming / calculate view of a mortar (any faction), the degrees meter's on left and top textures are all messed up, looks something like a drunken Picasso painting.

Likely cause is my old gfx (ati x1800) which ati decided to stop updating drivers for.

also could be related, iron eagle and wanda shan, maybe some other maps, ctd at 94% load.

win7 64, 4gigs ram, ati x1800

I can confirm this. I get a simmular glitch on low graphic settings, but also the aimming screen is glitched.

Notice how the glitched changed on the calculation screen in the second cycle.

Similar thread as this, someone with a x600 card I believe had the exact same issue. Veredict was that the Video Card was overheated. Not sure how it ended up, though.

A similar problem.

Video:Radeon X1950 (256 mb)
Proc: DualCore AMD Athlon 64 X2, 2200 MHz (10 x 220) 4200+
Memory: 4 x DIMM: Samsung 1 Gb DDR2-667 = (4Gb)
OS: Microsoft Windows 7

Got it fixed, see this thread:

Basically windows didnt install the latest driver even though I ran ATI install, but if you manual update it, it works.
