[0957] Burning Sands Heli-Pad

In AAS Standard (have not tested other game modes) in Burning Sands the British most east Heli-Pad does not repair or reload your helicopter, its the landing pad that the Chinook spawns on. It has happened to me on more than 1 server.

Also as a side note I am not sure if its intended but in Muttrah City I believe its west city says its capture radius is 1250m at the loading screen, I assume its a mistype because most or all of the other CP's are 250m.
