[0957]Gaza Ins. Hamas Dragunov Kit

Gaza Map .
Insurgency mode.
Hamas main base has a "hospital" as the uncap main... on the staircase between the first and second floor there is a shelf full of special kits.
One of the kits is a Dragunov sniper rifle.
If a Hamas player picks up that kit he can not use it because the kit is not a Hamas faction kit.

Steps to Reproduce:
Spawn at Hamas main walk into hospital and pick up dragunov kit.
