I just noticed a something weird yesterday, I don't know if it's 0.95 related or if I already suffered from it before.
All my graphic settings are maxed out but when I'm close to some vehicles or when I'm zooming in on them (Kiowa warrior, BMP-3...) their texture seems very compressed and look really bad overall, just like in thoses pics :
When I look from more far distance and don't zoom, they look better :
And or other vehicles, I don't have this problem, see Havok :
My GPU drivers are already updated, I suspect something is fucked up with my graphic settings, I use ati tray tool, maybe I did something wrong with it to get Arma2 and GTA4 working properly, can you see something wrong with the settings ?
