.95 Video Issue

.95 Video Issue
Since installing .95 I get these weird image flickers. It's like something is flashing behind the image on the screen. I am running winXP with a 9800 GX2 video card. I have updated the drivers(clean install) with no effect. Any ideas on how I can fix this?
