How to 1 man vehicle on Local server/ Change round time

Hello.

With every new release I try to test all vehicle and weapon. Some of these are not possible because some vehicle can not be 1 manned, or require me to wait 20 minute before such asset spawns in game. I know there is some vehicle that can be 1 manned on Co-op mode, but not every vehicle is available on co-op maps.

I am looking for command/setting to able me to 1 man asset on all maps and change server time so I can quickly test these vehicles.

I don't know much about server setting etc on BF2, so I need help regarding.

TRY: looking at the Map and Modding section.
Make your own map and put all the vecs you want on them since all you want to do is test them out right?
