Incediary bug on Kokan?

In section G13 K3 my teammate brought a bradley over, there was a techi next to us so before I got in I decided I would blow up the techi with my incediary, threw 2 incediary, and then as soon as they started going of, I started getting team vehicle damage messages and the bradley about 25-50 meters away started flaming and blew up, and apparently I teamkilled him!
