Small PR suggestion on the sniper class.

Not all that important, but, I noticed that when I was playing the sniper class there seems to be no hand cycling the bolt :lol: . Being as the one of the goals of the mod is to be the most realistic shooter I thought I'd suggest a fix on this.

um... 1 the suggestions section is closed right now for a reason and 2, a dev said that it doesn't work like that since the way they're doing it would make the hand look weird.

they purposely scaled down the hand so it wouldnt show, so i dont think a fix will be coming soon

The problem is that the entire screen is zoomed in, therefore, if a hand cycled the bolt, it would be massive.

Compare how large a scope is with your hand. If the scope takes up the entire screen, there's no way to make the hand not look huge.

Well why don't they just make it zoom out briefly?

A) Look kinda silly. The zoom is huge.

B) You would lose track of your target/ you dont need to take your eye off the optic to cycle the bolt in rl.

That's what I was thinking. After the shot, zoom out back to normal view, cycle the bolt, and then return to zoomed. Problem solved. ;-)

If you want to wait 3 seconds extra while you zoom out and back in again..

"Briefly" can't work unfortunately.

Ok point taken. But out of curiosity, how long does it currently take to cycle the bolt?
