Deployables Solid Black
Deployables and Caches are solid black on my screen and it was not like this before, I just did a full reinstall and they were solid black and I would really hate to have to do a full reinstall again

You need to delete your BF2 cache. It's in My Documents/Battlefield 2/mods/bf2.
When you join a game after that you will re optimize your shaders and all will be good.
