PR Mumble messed up system volume settings

Every time i start PR Mumble the volume of all my other programms running (PR, Mumble, Winamp) goes straight down to 0-5 % in Win7 Volume Mixer. So i set they manually to their old status. Thats annoying but its not so hard. But now if i want to change something in PR Mumble Configuration the other programms volume messed up again. Whats the reason for that? Its really annoying and i know also other players who have the same problem. This is the main reason what prevents me for using pr mumble most of the time.

In Pr Mumble config the option "Volume of other applications" is 100%

It's Win7 that is the guilty one here.

Go in the sound settings, in Advanced I think and make sure you select the "Do Nothing" option.

Sorry, not in my PC right now, can't remember the names of all the things, but it's in the same window with the tabs for selecting the recording devices, playback devices, etc.

I can only hear people talking within squad, not when they want to talk to everyone?
Anybody knows what the problem is?
