[0957] Crash to desktop when USMC Muttrah Docks supply crates are hit

Description:
Game crashes to desktop when USMC supply crates at Muttrah Docks take even slight damage from HE weaponry (enemy or friendly fire) during co-op mode with Standard layout (I first reported this bug when the game was at version 0.91, but it apparently has not been resolved).

Steps to Reproduce:
Play Muttrah on co-op mode with standard layout (either faction) and fire on USMC supply crates at the Muttrah Docks control point with any kind of explosive weaponry.
